Private Functions

Booking is strictly for Royal Lake Club Members and Members of Affiliated Clubs with valid Introduction Cards only.

A deposit of RM1000 or 10% of the estimated expenses, whichever is higher, is required upon confirmation and 50% of the estimated expenses to be paid seven working days prior to the function and the balance at the end of the function.

Cancellation will be accepted one month prior to the date of function, failing which, the deposit will be forfeited.

All arrangements must be finalised seven days prior to the date of function.

Guests are allowed to park their vehicles at places designated for non-members.

All charges are subject to 5% government tax and 5% Club Surcharge.

No outside food allowed into the Club premises unless prior arrangements have been made e.g. a birthday cake.

Members are not permitted to nail or have any structure that may damage the wood paneling or flooring.

Food tasting may be held minimum of five days prior to the function at a 50% discount on the actual menu price.

Policy on Corkage:
The Banquet Hall is available for Private Functions.
