FOOD & BEVERAGE EXECUTIVE

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Assist the F&B Manager in ensuring consistent and efficient operations of the outsourced F&B outlets, which are patronized by about members of the Club.

  • Assist the F&B Manager / Assistant F&B Manager staff throughout the F&B outlets.

  • Oversee Club’s events and promotion activities in accordance with the pre-determined guidelines and standards of the Club.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management or other relevant fields.

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the F&B Management and Operations, preferably in a Club/hotel environment.

  • Well-versed in managing fine dining operations, menu planning and effective F&B costing.

  • Dynamic personality and capable of organizing various F&B events.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Able to train and motivate staff at various levels.

  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office.

 

 

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation the general ledger and all related accounts with proper documentation and records of all the company transactions, reviews, entries to the general ledger.

  • Responsible for monthly and year end closing of the general ledgers.

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for all accounts, verify accuracy of bank statements and maintain integrity of cash balances and cash flow systems.

  • Assist in preparation of schedules and documents for independent auditors.

 

Requirements:

 

  • LCCI Higher/Diploma in accounting.

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in preparing a full set of final accounts up to Balance Sheet.

  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

  • Experience in Visual I Accounting System is preferred.

  • Must able to work long hours and on public holidays as the position includes managing outlets which operate 7 days a week.

 

 

LIFEGUARD

 

Responsibilities:

·        Life saving duties

·        Enforcing Club rules and swimming byelaws

·        Assist the maintenance of the pool

·        Carry out instruction given bye the Management

 

Requirements:

·        SPM or equivalent

·        Hold Bronze Medallion Certificate from Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS)

·        Familiar with tournaments/games and have strong interest in sports

·        Conversant in both English & Bahasa Malaysia

·        Experience in pool guarding will be an added advantage

·         Able to work on shift

 

 

WAITER

 

Requirements:

·         SPM or equivalent.

·         Minimum two (2) years working experience.

·         Conversant in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu.

·         Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.

·         Able to work on shift.
