Fencing

The roots of modern fencing originated from Spain. It was later adopted by Spain when it became one of the leading powers of Europe. In conquest, the Spanish forces carried fencing around the world, particularly southern Italy, one of the major areas of strife between both nations.

Fencing is also known as “Lawan Pedang” in Bahasa Malaysia, Foil, Epee and Sabre are the three weapons used in modern fencing. This sport is suitable for all ages; children, youths and adults. You can choose to take it up as a competitive sport or as a hobby. Fencing helps to improve your coordination, reflexes, discipline, focus, health and mental agility.
