Qi Gong

Qigong is a set of visualisations accompanied by gentle physical movements. "Qi" is the Chinese word for the vital force energy in our bodies. "Gong" is the ability, developed with practice, to move the vital force energy in our bodies. In truth, the mental work - the visualisation - is the Qigong. The moving of the qi, the healing and the transformative power of Qigong, is all in the mental work; the physical movements add the element of exercise.

In this respect CSCQ which is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine is superior to all and sundry as it encompasses all that is superior and works by adjusting spirit, breathing and posture. It trains the will and the powers of concentration. In every movement there is also an exercise of the mind. Focusing the mind is the essence of Soaring Crane Qigong. The whole process nourishes the qi and blood and strengthens the immune system.
